Completely rebuilt and redone 1993 KX500. Bike was bought in running condition and stripped down and and totally gone through. Everything old was replaced on the bike, tons of new oem parts. Good aftermarket parts used where oem was unavailable. Cylinder/ powervalve just redone by millennium, not broken in yet. *Bottom end gone through and inspected, main bearings and seals replaced with oem parts. Governor and water pump bearings replaced as well as main clutch bearing. New oem powervalve governor spring and gear. *most important bolts were replaced with new—oem-motor mounts, left foot peg mounts, and top shock bolt *Cylinder has new nikasil coating from millennium and new wiseco piston *new oem clutch plates *rebuilt water pump with new radiator hoses *radiators have been pressure tested and are in very good condition for old dirt bike rads, new cap *work connection frame guards *new Keihin carb from sudco, with new oem air boot,boyesen pro series reeds,moose reed spacer and new air filter *new oem brake pedal, new oem return spring, new ims pegs with new oem pins and springs *shock rebuilt with new racetech spring and bumper, forks recently rebuilt with new seals and oil *new chassis bearings throughout entire bike-linkage,shock,wheels all replaced. *all brakes cleaned, and rebuilt with new caliper seals and master cylinder rebuilds, new tusk stainless rotors and new pads. New russel stainless brake lines and new oem rear caliper carrier *new tusk impact rear wheel with tusk spokes *newer body work with new seat cover, and new graphics *new pro taper bars, new oem throttle cable and oem clutch cable *new sprockets, DID chain, oem chain slider , oem rollers and fredette chain guide *fmf gnarly in ok shape with new fmf powercore *new gaskets throughout and seals throughout bike, 90% of the hardware has been replaced with a lot of it being oem bolts There is a lot of stuff I am forgetting, I have everything written down that was bought and replaced. Have receipts from millennium for cylinder work. Pictures should give a good idea what kind of shape the bike is in. It’s a 25 year old kx5 so it still is not perfect. Left case has a dab of jb weld on it most likely from a previous owner breaking a chain. It has not been an issue, and looks like it could be fixed. Subframe has a few missing press in threads, has through bolts instead. Other than that bike is very nice and ready to go. Has a title, it’s been signed at one point and never transferred. I rebuilt this bike to be a very nice rider, it was never meant to be a show bike. Wanted a mechanicaly new 500, but my plans have changed. Any questions please feel free to ask.
