Here's More About It:

1984 Husqvarna 500 (Frame #: WO 11394 / Motor #: 0942 6097). This bike was purchased with the intent of doing a full on cosmetic refurb. Quite a bit of work was done to the motor by the previous owner. I listed the details below. The is a pretty rare bike that is worth putting additional time into. Also would like to point out that the 84 model was originally all white with a plastic tank. This one was redone to look like the 81-83 model which has the aluminum tank. There are quite a few options here. You could go back to a white frame. White plastic is available and Clarke Mfg sell a really nice factory look brand new tank. Or you could leave the 81-82 look and have the frame painted silver. That is entirely up to you. I am open to a multi part payment but we must discuss the terms first. Please feel free to call or text me with any questions you may have. I would be happy to discuss them with you - 386-956-9037. Note: I am also including some parts with the bike such as a spare Clarke black gas tank, spare head with a new compression release valve installed, etc (see picture) *** If you have not owned an open class bike before this would probably not be a good one to start with. It is extremely powerfull and has a 6 speed transmission so top speed will be pretty intense. Suspension: forks rebuilt with new seals / wipers/ oil & Ohlins rebuilt Ignition:New MZB Dynamo ignition (425.00) have receipt. (see last picture) Motor work done by Rick at Husqvarna Outlet at the cost of: 1,900 (have the paperwork):clutch kitnew clutch basketrodpress & true crankMain bearingscrank sealskicker gearengine sealsneedl bearing for kicker gearkicker idler gear#362 transmission gearair filtergaskets Cylinder:Bore job & New 87.5mm piston kit - 265.00New intake manifold & carb boot - 130.00 ** Motor also had the head mod to lower compression a bit for easy starting. However, I have a spare stock head if you prefer that. *** SHIPPING is the responsibility of the buyer
