I had several brand new BMW motorcycles and 3 different airhead models from 1982(R80G/S), 1988(R100GS) and the last one is this one, the 1993 R100GS Paris Dakar. Even though I'm here in the States, I'm from Europe, and I have been riding all over Europe and North Africa, and trust me, when you're in the middle of Morocco, you don't want to have a brand new bike, you need something reliable, a bike anybody can fix, for that reason BMW airhead models are the best, tough as a rock, comfortable and unstoppable. There is no limits for this bikes, anybody can confirm you that with this machines you can go any place in the world with no problems. This bike is a beast, solid machine, amazing attitudes on and off road and even more now after last service, for that reason it is ready to go anywhere you need to. This bike has had any issues, no leaks, all the fluids were changed and filters too.Throttle, choke and clutch cables were replaced before having problems.Carbs received a full rebuild just to be sure we have perfect efficiency. Of course this bikes are for someone who knows what he/she is looking for, this is an special bike, and if you are looking for one of these extraordinary machines, I will suggest you to take a look of mine, you will be not disappointed.You know that nowadays it is not easy to find these bikes, and even more with this good shape and good looking, for that reason do not forget that you have what you paid, of course you can find other similar bikes cheaper than mine, but be realistic, price usually means something. Please take a look of the pictures and you will see that this bike has been pampered all its life, this is not a restoration, this is an stock Paris Dakar model with no modifications.
